Important Rental Information

• Standard Booking: The default rental price includes the canopy frame and top only.

• Optional Sidewalls: Weather-resistant sidewalls are available upon request for an additional charge if you need extra wind protection or privacy.

• Anchoring & Surface Type: A professional stake kit is included for secure installation on grass or dirt setups. For concrete, asphalt, or hard surface setups, heavy-duty sandbags are required instead. Please let us know your surface type when booking so we can pack the correct anchoring equipment.

• Complimentary Night Lighting: Each rental includes complimentary lighting to keep your event beautifully illuminated after sundown.
